How it works

From a finished job to a pin on your website.

Avenue Proof sits between your CRM and your website. Jobs come in when they are done, your techs add photos by text, your office posts them, and visitors see the work near them.

Getting started

Branch Avenue sets this up with you. Most of it is choosing settings; the only thing that touches your website is one script tag.

  1. Talk to us

Book a demo. We look at your trade, the towns you serve and the CRM you use, and set a plan for your business.

  2. Connect your CRM

Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Workiz, Zoho CRM, or any CRM that can send a webhook. Choose the moment a job counts as finished: marked complete, invoice sent or invoice paid.

  3. Match the widget to your brand

Pick your brand color, which side of the page the tab sits on, the tab text, and your office hours.

  4. Add one line to your site

Paste the script tag into your website, or send it to whoever manages it. The widget loads after the page, so it doesn’t slow your site down.

  5. Post your first three jobs

The tab goes live once 3 jobs from the last 60 days are posted. Until then it stays hidden, so it never looks empty.

Every job

What happens after each job

1. The job comes in from your CRM

When a job hits the trigger you chose, it arrives in Avenue Proof with the job type, town and date. The customer’s street address is never shown to visitors.

2. The tech who did it gets a text

The text has a link straight to that job. They add before and after photos from their phone. No app, no password.

3. Your office reviews and posts

Someone in the office checks the photos and the details and posts the job. Nothing reaches your website without that step.

4. The job shows near your visitors

It appears as a pin in its neighborhood. Towns light up as they reach 3 jobs in the last 60 days.

What visitors see

A side tab that opens your recent work.

  • A tab on the side of your site that says “See work near you”, or whatever you want it to say.
  • Search by ZIP or city, or let the widget find their area.
  • A map with red pins and numbered bubbles that split as they zoom in.
  • Each job with before and after photos, the job type, the town and the date.
  • Call or text from the panel, or request a call back after hours.
Who does what

Small jobs for each person, done in the flow of the day.

Your techs

Tap the link in the text and add photos of the job they just finished. That’s it.

Your office

Review new jobs, post the good ones, keep an eye on which towns are lit, and check how visitors use the widget.

Branch Avenue

Sets up your CRM connection and widget, and an account manager stays on hand for changes, questions and billing.
