Choose when a job counts as finished

Every shop closes jobs differently. Pick the trigger that matches yours:

Marked complete in the CRM
Invoice sent to the customer

A job that comes in twice is only added once, and a job that was already posted is never added again.

The webhook

When you connect a custom CRM, you get a webhook address and a signing secret. Send a POST with one job, or { "jobs": [...] } with several.

Sign the raw body: X-Avenue-Signature: sha256=<HMAC>
Send the job id, title or job type, city, state, ZIP, finish date and the tech
Street addresses are dropped; only the city, state and ZIP are kept
Only the tech’s first name is kept
