Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Avenue Proof, a product of Branch Avenue (“we”, “us”), including this website, the widget and the Avenue Proof app. If your business has a signed plan or agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

Using Avenue Proof

You may use Avenue Proof for your business, following these terms and the law. Don’t misuse it: for example, don’t try to break into it, overload it, copy it, or use it to send spam.

Accounts

You are responsible for the people you give access to your account, including technicians who receive photo request texts, and for keeping sign-in links and tokens private. Tell us right away if you think someone has used your account without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the jobs, photos and other content your business adds. You give us permission to store, process and display that content to provide Avenue Proof, including showing it in the widget on your website.

You are responsible for your content. Only post jobs and photos you have the right to share, review photos before you post them, and don’t post anything that identifies a customer without their permission.

Texts and emails

Avenue Proof sends texts and emails as part of the service, such as photo requests to your technicians and call back alerts to your office. You agree to only add phone numbers and email addresses of people who have agreed to receive them.

Plans and payment

Plans are set per business. Your plan describes what you pay, what is included and how billing works.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Avenue Proof running and useful, and we may improve or change it over time. We may suspend access if needed to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers

Avenue Proof is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we don’t promise any particular business result from using it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Branch Avenue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from your use of Avenue Proof.

Ending

You can stop using Avenue Proof at any time, subject to your plan. We may end access if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
